  a) Child’s Birth Certificate or Identity Document/Passport
  b) Parents Identity Document/Passport
  c) Learner’s Latest School Report
  d) Proof of Residence
  e) Proof of Income (3 Months Bank Statements)

3.IQ Admin Staff will review application to ensure all required documentation received.

4.IQ Admin Staff will contact you advising whether your child has been accepted.

5.Pay Registration Fees to secure your child’s place.

6.Receive “Welcome Pack”:

• Stationery Requirements
• Code of Conduct
•  Induction for new Learners
